These American Rescue Plan payments are designed to offer some financial relief during this continuing crisis and may start arriving March 17th or sooner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Members receiving direct deposit payments will begin seeing a pending balance in their accounts effective today; however, the Treasury is not releasing those funds until March 17<sup>th<\/sup>.
