- An simple way you can help to keep your Del Norte Credit Union accounts safe is to sign up for Online Banking and setting up alerts.
You can set up alerts to notify you when your accounts are accessed. The alerts can be in the form of text messages or emails. This could potentially alert you to activity that did not originate from you, keeping your account in your control, which can be a huge help in the fight against fraudsters.

How do I report Fraud?

Fraud on your Del Norte Credit Union Credit Card Account
- If you are experiencing fraudulent credit card charges on your account, please call 800-634-3362 to cancel your card immediately.
- Once cancelled, contact our Call Center at 505-455-5228 during normal business hours.

Fraud in the form of online account takeovers
- Immediately change your online banking username and password to stop anyone from being able to gain access to your account.
- Contact our Call Center at 505-455-5228 during normal business hours.
- If the fraud has occurred outside of normal business hours, you may log into online banking to send a message to Fraud Services. Our representatives will get back to you within 24 hours of the next business day.
