To open a business account, please bring the following information:
- The business address and phone number; and if applicable, the business Employer Identification Number (EIN) assigned by the IRS.
- Personal identifying information for each person who is an owner of the business or authorized signer on the business account, along with proof of identity such as a driver’s license.
- Appropriate documentation that shows the business structure such as a Business License or Operating Agreement.
DNCU will confirm with the New Mexico Secretary of State’s office that the business is registered and considered to be in good standing with their office. DNCU may require additional documentations depending on the type of business and organizational structure. Please give us a call with specific questions at 505-455-4678.
