What are Interactive Teller Machines?

Interactive Teller Machines offer a wider range of services, including more complex transactions such as loan payments, cashing checks, and transferring funds. Our Interactive Teller Machines are currently located at our Paseo de Oñate office drive-through, 1216 Paseo de Oñate, in Española. We hope to add more Interactive Teller Machines to other drive-through locations in the future.

Interactive Teller Machines provide another way to handle your transaction privately. We have a chat feature enabled and Quick Keys. The chat feature will allow you to type your request. You are able to text your member number or swipe your debit card to assist with locating your account.
