- Del Norte pays 85% of insurance premiums (FT Employees)
- Del Norte Pays 65% of insurance premiums (PT Employees)
- Eligible for benefits the first of the month after DOH
- (Ex. Hired January 23rd, benefits are effective February 1st)
401(k) Retirement Plan
- Del Norte matches up to 7.5%
- Eligible first of the month after 60 days of employment
Life Insurance (FT Only)
- Del Norte pays 100%:
- 4x your annual earnings up to maximum of $400k

- Accrue 70 hours per year
Mental Health Days
- FT will receive 32 hours of Mental Health Time per calendar year
- PT will receive 16 hours of Mental Health Time per calendar year
