Ralph has enjoyed working in the mortgage industry since 2003. He is a graduate of Santa Fe High School and he holds a degree from SFCC.

Thelma Rodriguez, Mortgage Officer
Thelma has been caring for DNCU members for over 21 years. Her career with DNCU spans operations, member experience roles, and over 7 years in the mortgage lending area. Thelma specializes in Home Equity loans and Mobile Home loans.
Through DNCU’s home equity programs, Thelma is able to match a member’s needs with a perfect solution. In some cases that is a debt consolidation loan to help with monthly expenses or home remodel to get that dream kitchen. Gilbert Varela, Mortgage Officer
Gilbert was born and raised in Las Vegas, NM. Gilbert graduated from New Mexico Military Institute and joined the United States Marine Corps. He has worked in the Mortgage Industry for 22 years in the great state of New Mexico.
In his free time, Gilbert is a Videographer and film editor. He has worked on projects including short films and social media commercials.

Sonia Griego, Mortgage Officer
Sonia brings 24 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been a dedicated mortgage loan officer since 2011. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she is a proud graduate of St. Pius X High School. Sonia is based out of the Southern Branch office in Rio Rancho, where she is known for her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence.
Outside of work, Sonia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, shopping, and spoiling her beloved Pomeranian, Coco Chanel.
