Statement From DNCU President/CEO Regarding Mask Requirement Beginning August 9, 2021

Dear DNCU Members,

In our continuing efforts to keep our members and employees safe, we are reintroducing a mask requirement for all visitors to our branches beginning Monday, August 9, 2021.

As you may know, New Mexico has seen a dramatic increase in our infection rate in the last several weeks and that trend appears to be accelerating.  Based on this and a recent recommendation from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we believe this is the right thing to do for you, our employees, and our communities.

Please note that all DNCU employees will also be required to wear a mask at all times and that health safety precautions, including sanitizing stations and glass barriers, remain in effect in our branches. Our branches will also provide a free disposable mask to branch visitors who do not have a mask of their own upon arrival.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and continued vigilance in the face of changing COVID-19 challenges.  Together we can beat this virus!
