How does Del Norte Credit Union use mobile banking data?

If you use Del Norte’s online banking phone app to send or receive money with Zelle®, with your permission, DNCU may access your phone’s Contact List and share it with Zelle® so we can tag contacts who already use Zelle® with a purple Z logo. This allows you to easily see which of your friends and family are already enrolled with Zelle®.

While using Zelle®, to use the QR Code feature, with your prior permission, Del Norte Credit Union may collect or access pictures and other information from your device’s Contacts, Camera, and Photos.

Any information collected is used to provide features of the Zelle® service and/or to improve and customize the user experience. The information may be uploaded to our servers or it may be simply stored on your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings.
