Mandi has lived in White Rock for nearly 32 years. She loves the area and all it has to offer. She has been married to her husband almost 36 years and has two grown children and two grandsons who also live in White Rock. Her passions include her family, her dogs, camping, fishing and traveling. She has worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years and has been a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2016. Customer service is her top priority and she believes in treating others the way she would want to be treated.

Ever has been with DNCU for eight years & has over five years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is a graduate of Capital High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Highlands University.

Ralph has enjoyed working in the mortgage industry since 2003. He is a graduate of Santa Fe High School and he holds a degree from SFCC.

Thelma has been caring for DNCU members for over 21 years. Her career with DNCU spans operations, member experience roles, and over 7 years in the mortgage lending area. Thelma specializes in Home Equity loans and Mobile Home loans.

Gilbert was born and raised in Las Vegas, NM. Gilbert graduated from New Mexico Military Institute and joined the United States Marine Corps. He has worked in the Mortgage Industry for 22 years in the great state of New Mexico.

In his free time, Gilbert is a Videographer and film editor. He has worked on projects including short films and social media commercials.
