Please remember, that Del Norte Credit Union will never contact you through text, email, or phone asking for your personal account information. Please be aware of such attempts and do not respond or engage in any way. Thank you for your cooperation in helping Del Norte Credit Union improve lives.

How do I report Fraud?

Fraud on your Del Norte Credit Union Credit Card Account
- If you are experiencing fraudulent credit card charges on your account, please call 800-634-3362 to cancel your card immediately.
- Once cancelled, contact our Call Center at 505-455-5228 during normal business hours.

Fraud in the form of online account takeovers
- Immediately change your online banking username and password to stop anyone from being able to gain access to your account.
- Contact our Call Center at 505-455-5228 during normal business hours.
- If the fraud has occurred outside of normal business hours, you may log into online banking to send a message to Fraud Services. Our representatives will get back to you within 24 hours of the next business day.
