In the Mobile App, click on the “More” tab and navigate to the Financial Wellness tab, click “Credit Insights,” and sign in or create a new account.
On desktop, click the Financial Wellness tab, click “Credit Insights,” and sign in or create a new account. Logging in at least once every ninety days will keep your account current and give you access to many tools to help your Financial Fitness.

Here’s how to do it in our online banking platform:
- Login to online banking
- On mobile, choose the “More” menu at the bottom of the screen, choose Accounts, then eDocuments
- On a desktop, hover over the Accounts tab at the top of the screen, choose eDocuments
- In this screen you can set each of your accounts to send eStatements
- Each month your eStatements will be available for viewing here
You can pay all your bills in one place. You only have to remember one username and password and you can control your finances by viewing your balance and paying your bills from the same website.
Please log into your DNCU online account via the header at the top of the page to use Online Banking.
Simply call our Member Service Center (877) 818-DNCU or use the “Forgot Password?” feature in the login area of the header at the top of the page.

To delete your online profile with Del Norte Credit Union, please contact a representative to assist with account deletion at 877-818-3628.
Deleting your online profile means that we will remove access to you and any other persons via our online site or mobile apps. You will no longer have online access to your accounts, and you will no longer be able to utilize online statements, bill pay, remote deposit or other services provided by our site.
Removing access may take up to two weeks and when access is removed, any further dated or recurring transactions set up through your online profile will be deleted and cancelled. You may access your account until this process is completed.
